Steps to Report a Bug

  1. Document the issue clearly:
    • Steps to reproduce
    • Expected vs. actual behavior
    • Error messages received
  2. Gather supporting information:
    • Screenshots or screen recording
    • Browser type and version
    • Device operating system
    • Approximate date and time of issue
  3. Submit the bug through one of the following channels:
    • In-app Help → Contact Support
    • SymphonyAI Support Portal
    • Email support@symphonyai.com
Escalation
  • Critical system outages should be reported via the Support Portal as High Priority.
  • Non-urgent requests can be submitted as Standard Priority.
