- Expected vs. actual behavior
- Error messages received
- Gather supporting information:
- Screenshots or screen recording
- Browser type and version
- Device operating system
- Approximate date and time of issue
- Submit the bug through one of the following channels:
- In-app Help → Contact Support
- SymphonyAI Support Portal
- Email support@symphonyai.com
- Critical system outages should be reported via the Support Portal as High Priority.
- Non-urgent requests can be submitted as Standard Priority.
