Symptoms:

  • Device boots normally, then fails imaging calibration.
  • Error code 221-B appears in lower right diagnostic window.
Cause:
  • Improper grounding or environmental vibration.
  • Software patch not applied post-installation.
Resolution Steps:
  1. Confirm firmware version is ≥3.2.7.
  2. Verify table is level; check vibration isolation pads.
  3. Navigate to Service Menu > Diagnostics > Imaging Calibration.
  4. If problem persists, escalate to Field Service for onsite check.
Escalation Path:
  • Create a Field Service Work Order
  • Service Task Type: Maestro2 Imaging Diagnostics
  • Priority: High if affecting more than 3 patients per day
