Return Policy
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Patagonia—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns received more than one year after the purchase date will be refunded with a Patagonia merchandise credit.
Patagonia stores are happy to accept returns or help you with an exchange. To find a Patagonia-owned store near you, use our Store Locator.
To begin the online return process, visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process.
If you have your order number, we recommend using our $7.00 printable return shipping label, which includes tracking and insurance for your package
The $7.00 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and applied to your original form of payment
We will waive the $7.00 return shipping cost when you request a Patagonia merchandise credit for your refund instead of the original form of payment
If you don’t have your order number, please use our Return Form and ship your package with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance
Authorized dealers that appear in black on the Store Locator will not be able to process your return unless you purchased the item from them originally. We will always accept returns on behalf of our authorized dealers. Use our Return Form or visit a Patagonia-owned store.
You will be issued a Patagonia merchandise credit for the last known sale price
If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, we will refund what you paid in the form of a merchandise credit
Gift Returns
