Cool Down Mode

Extreme temperatures and other conditions may cause your Video Doorbell or Security Cam to overheat. When this happens, you’ll see an error message that says: (Your Device) is in Cool Down Mode.
If your camera appears offline due to overheating, simply wait until your device returns to a normal operating temperature.
